FFU operating principle

The top of the equipment is equipped with FFU, and the air is rotated by the motor wind wheel. After the air is filtered, it enters the inside of the machine. The positive pressure is used to prevent dust from entering the inside of the equipment, reducing the chance of Holder/Nozzle contamination rate, reducing the throwing and equipment error, and improving the quality.

Necessary preparation: only power supply
Single phase AC 220V / 50Hz / 100W※ other power specifications can also be matched with special notes
Setup process:
- Advance investigation of equipment manufacturers / Models / detailed specifications
- FFU installation plate (with mounter machine plate parts) design / production
- FFU setup (installation time is about 20 minutes / stage).
